Philosophy
Philosophy
Conventional productivity tools were built for a person who runs at one steady speed. I do not: my energy is cyclical, my focus is bimodal, and my best work arrives in sprints, not in even daily increments. Every system I tried asked me to declare who I intended to be, then held me to that fiction. So I did with my own life what I do with every venture: I stopped trusting the story I told about myself and started building from the evidence of how I actually move. Co-Life is that method, turned outward.
How I work with AI
How I work with AI
I convene a council of Large Language Models (LLMs), each assigned a role: one for research, one for rhetorical precision, one for ambient context and synthesis. They work in the same room, on the same problem, and I sit at the head of the table: the judgment, the taste, and the decision-making remain my domain. This is distributed cognition, where authorship is not outsourced to technology: the models are my agents, which preserves my sense of agency and ownership. Co-Life is itself a product of that practice: I built it inside the same method, now offered to you.
You can't sustain a workflow you haven't built, and lived, yourself.

What I don't do
What I don't do
- I do not sell motivation.
- I do not build one-size productivity frameworks.
- I do not run cohorts you graduate from and leave.
- I do not outsource judgment or authorship to AI.
- I do not promise transformation without infrastructure.
